It's time to search out for a few new courts or put some plans into action regarding lighting at Downham or official courts.
Mitchison Rd - Football on regular evenings is preventing some games.
Downham Rd - No Lights.
Broadway - Lights need to be set on a better timer. Not best court.
Newington - Great court. Too much use? Thugs!
The league is in full swing and is now divided between only 2 courts, mostly Newington.
North-East throw-ins have taken a back seat which is a great shame.
There must be some decent courts out there so let's have a big search.
We know the ideal areas but might have to search further a field.
How about hiring a court for an evening? (league games)
I've seen netball team matches (mature ladies) being played in school courts around Islington and think they must be hiring them...
Keep on the look out y'all and lets see what we can come up with.
Any suggestions from non-polo players will actually be accepted! ;-)
