• i would assume so. . . just ask politley and im sure they would like to help. . . just tell them you need the threads covered and if they dont do it right its not the end of the world... you could go to a bike shop and get them to run a tap through it to clean the threads and also demand your money back and compensation for the frame! might be worth writing on a piece of paper that they agree to cover the threads properlly and if not you will be entitled to the full price of the bike/cost of powder coat back and get someone to sign it . . . its what we (at our school) do when anyone goes to get tempered glass cut cause they always do it the wrong size and say they did it right -.- thats why its best to have it on paper . . . so far people have always got it redone properlly if its been written down!
