Well, for those of you who agree with the petition title and aims:

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to introduce new measures, to complement existing measures, with the aim of reducing to zero the number of cyclist fatalities caused by LGVs (Large Goods Vehicles).
Easy enough right?
We've outlined one way of approaching this by having a safety permit that grants access to the city centre during peak hours and assesses the suitability of both the vehicle and driver for this situation.
But the principle is really what we're trying to push... that there should be zero deaths to cyclists by trucks.
