I'll call the council and find out what the score is on the street round here. (What am I doing!) The bitter truth is that my building has an under-used underground garage but you can't get hold of a space for less than £80 a month, which is bullshit. I know if I go and have a look at it I'll probably just leap straight in, which would be the WRONG thing to do.
