  • Here's my Condor Pista Eom. It's a 58cm frame (seat tube C-T), with a 57cm effective horizontal length tube tube. Geometry is the same as current Pista 58. I'm 5'11” with longish legs and run it with a shortish stem and a bit of seat post, so I guess this would suit anyone from 5'10 to around 6'2 plus or minus depending on set up.

The Dedacciai EOM 16.5 tubeset is thinner and lighter than the mainstream 14.5 SAT Condor use in their steel bikes, approximately equal to or even superior to Reynolds 853. As far as I know. Condor didn't offer it as an option for very long.

It is like a magic carpet to ride, very sweet and very crisp at the same time. Three or four chips in the paint have been touched up with a close colour match, but not perfect. The fork is the Alpina carbon straight blade.

It has some nice kit on it. Wheels are Goldtec Track hubs, in pewter, on black Mavic Open Pro rims. The tyres are little-used Conti Ultra Gatorskin 25mm. The crankset is Miche Advantage, 170mm cranks, with a black Miche 49T chainring. There is some heel rub on the arms.

The freewheel is a White Industries Eno, 16T, which is perfect and will last for ever as it is sealed, serviceable, and just bling. It sounds great too. There is a Shimano fixed cog on the other side, a 19T if I recall, essentially unused as I am wuss. The chain is SRAM PC-1, almost new.

The bars are Ritchey Pro, the stem is 100mm Deda Newton, and the calipers are Ultegra. Saddle is a Specialised BG Alias 143.

So there you have it. If this is what you're looking for, you will not be disappointed.

    £700 to you sir.

I don't want to split it as it took too long to build and my spare room is bursting with bits already.

    Here's a link to pics.
