Did a couple of seasons in Austria 7 years ago though. Pretty straight forward affair. 1 season at a hotel (avoid at all costs) and 1 in a casino (a lot better). Know a couple of people that own/manage bars in Kitzbuhel and St. Anton if you're interested but with the hours those guys open your time on the mountians will be mostly when you're hungover. It's also mainly 6 day weeks and in the really busy weeks 7 day weeks.
