The guys in hoodies in Hackney on bikes were probably the 'London Fields Boys'. The more their members go to jail, the more scrotes they attract. Studying modern gang culture I've got to say they strike an even more interesting image for rowdy youth than the classic allure of "The Decepticons" from Brooklyn.
