Our hot water has disappeared for the 4th time in as many months. The boiler is a electric Haetre Sarda unit, which is hooked up to a timer. The first 2 times it went our landlord said it's probably the timer but i've ran it on constant on the last 2 months and the hot water still disappeared.
Every the repair-man been round it seems to have been a fairly easy fix, our boiler is in the back of a storage area and there's never any trace of the plumber emptying / throwing everything out to replace / fix stuff.
Last time I managed to fix it by re-setting timer, pulling the plug to the whole thing + the fuses, no such luck this time though.
Any clues? I can of course just ring the landlord but it always takes ages so thought I'd check here first if anyone have any tips?
