Query: schwinn frame any good?

My mate is currently living in America and recently came across this bike at a garage sale and bought it for $30! I was just wondering if it's worth bringing the bike back to the uk, as it's going to cost him around £100 to bring it back with him on the flight.

Schwinn are the US equivalent of Raleigh. A few (very few) decent-ish bikes but not worth bringing that one back as far I can see from that murky pic.

Unless you're really 6'9"...

And if it was such a big deal of a frame, shipping just the frame can be as cheap as 25 squid.
