I have to say that I am with Skully on the whole us vs. them thing.
By all means let them know you are unhappy but let it be at least an attempt at a dialogue.
Of course in this case the bloke is clearly a tool so fuck 'im, but I'd still go for something that would cause him irritation/embarassment rather than any damage.
Covering his windscreen in a sheet of Vinyl with "I still wear nappies at night" written on it (with due reference to Tiswas and his knowledge of the law) is still easier to explain than pouring Dot 4 all over his bonnet.
