Looks like a PX or Dolan, no?
It's an open mould frame, so could be any of half a dozen brands which put their decals on it.
Stealth 4-spoke rear is sweeet

Are those bars or a pair of mini guns and double sidewinder missiles?

And today on Playschool, we're going to look through the round window...
Actually, other than the wheels (and the huge number of spacers on that headset), I rather like it.

Planet X frame is the X-B24 manufactured by XDS Carbon tech.
I read that the track and TT frame were designed by PX in exchange for the factory selling them outside the UK to anybody.http://www.xds-carbon.com/cp_pic/20071220144640B24%E6%A0%BC%E5%BC%8F%E5%A4%A7.jpg

Hmm...needs a bit of tidying up. e.g. spacers above the stem
If it's a carbon steerer on the fork then one spacer above the stem is sometimes the prescribed way to set it up.
Bontrager for example send a note in the parts box that you have to put one spacer above the stem to move the stress point down a bit as clamping the stem on right up at the top can cause the steerer to collapse. -

I think it's always best to have a finite amount of spacers above the stem, regardless of steerer material. However, that finite amount should be as close as practical to zero. About 2mm is about as close as most of us can be bothered to get.

Not being funny but that is a complete non sequitur. What's the other option? An infinite number of spacers. Now that I'd like to see!

Bloody hell, it's pedant central here tonight. Of course, what I meant was a positive amount of spacing, in contradistinction to zero or less.

http://cdn.mos.bikeradar.com/images/news/2008/05/29/08---headset-850-65.jpgGiven the embarrassment caused by Hincapie's Trek/Bontrager steerer break at Paris-Roubaix, they probably wanted to move the stress away from the upper headset bearing
Hmm...needs a bit of tidying up. e.g. slack chain and spacers above the stem, pedals are definitely not track-worthy, but the Gorgeous Baby Blue™ colour makes anything porn, surely?
