Islington is probably the worst borough in London(the country) for speed bumps. Speed bumps cost a huge amount each and cause damage to roads requiring them to be resurfaced thus necessitating more work and costing more money.
I really hope that a councillor is on a bung from the speed bump building industry otherwise no one at all will be benefiting.
