I get the feeling that if you are caught RLJing on the Essex Road, you should probably give up cycling, and take the bus. Given that there seem to be police there, handing out tickets for RLJing, every other week.
why should that stop people from giving up cycling? least it will likely to force them to either stop at red light and/or proceed a RLJ carefully (in case little piglets is around).
