One of the routes I used to take for the daily commute. Went down it the other day and they're a massive pain in the khyber. There are other similar ones between Essex Road and Prebend Street, but you can just ride around them on the pavement (which surely makes it less safe?).
Could always just ride through the River Walk park thing that runs parallel and ruin people's delightful evening strolls.
Anyway... Dickheads.
