I'm sure it'll sort itself out, but you may have to wait a bit longer yet to get your "goodies" . Its not good form, fortunately its a rarity, I do believe you've done the right thing by advising others in a reasonable way.
Lets hope common sense prevails and the seller is full of apologies and life can move on.
If not, its off to Paypal for a refund.
