I think we should follow Skullys example and try to understand people rather than swearing at them.
We should maybe try to analyse why they are behaving as they are- what sort of questions should we ask?
We need to lead them to an understanding of what they have done wrong.
Maybe some gentle analytical questions to establish if they have had a bad day, have low blood sugar, or genuinely are so stupid that they should not be allowed to control a food blender let alond a motor vehicle?
