I had one & the bearings always seemed to be either loose or over tight due to me never bothering to buy the right tools! In the end the bearings & bearing cups disintigrated after a year due to my lack of maintenance skills.
Moral of the story - get some cone spanners & use them!!
Any time I've emailed VeloSolo they've been really helpful, p'raps ask them which cone spanners they are using? or LBS & see what fits
