As humans beings its easy to be cynical than actually do something worthy.
And since you seem to think you have the answers, then will you wait til our planet has had its heart attack and then try and do some thing about it to prove there was nothing you could do, or would you step out of your nice comfy chair in front of your computer and do something about it.
there is too many blog geeks in this world with an opinion on everything and no action.
I challenge you all to take a stand and counter offer and create something that would make a difference cos lets face it, talk is cheap.

Seeing as I work for the Energy Saving Trust as an Energy Advisor in a regional advice centre, I think I am doing something that can be considered as worthy. More importantly I view what I do as effective. If you read my criticism again, or at all, you'd see that my point isn't about whether it is worth doing something, but whether the a flashmob action can ever really be considered effective. This is what I like about my job, I consider it to be effective, furthermore it isn't being a blog geek with no action, it's all about the action.
Not only have I met your challenge, I've been doing it for a while now. Your talk may be cheap, mine isn't because I'm not in it for some flashmob that will be yesterday's news before the sun has set. I'm in it for the long game and that's the only game worth playing when it comes to climate change.
For reference, my chair in front of my computer isn't that comfy. I have considered asking if it can be changed but in light of your words, which I at least had the courtesy to read and pay attention to, maybe I won't.
