Posted on
  • Graham Weigh Track Frame Aluminum frame Protal 7005
58cm seatpost to headset, 53cm seat tube height

    • Mavic Rims CXP 22, straight and true
    • Selle Italia Royal saddle, few scuffs on the back
    • Black onyx grips, very very comfy
    • Planet X bars
    • Sugino messenger cranks 165
    • new KMC chain running NEW 42t Sugino chainring
    • 16t Miche sprocket
    • Tektro double pivot front brake - Dia Compe 2 finger lever
    • Bontrager hard case Racelite tyre on the back (never skidded on)
    • Continental on the front GP4000
    • Primo flat pedals with double straps

This bike is in perfect working order, however the paint work on the frame has quite a few cosmetic chips on it. There are NO DINGS just chipped paintwork. This isn't a hipster clown bike, i ride it everyday come (not too heavy) rain or shine.

Annoyingly this morning i managed to break a spoke in the rear wheel. I trued the wheel back and it runs fine but will need to be fixed at some point

Im 6'4 and have the saddle at the height in the picture.

Lights and saddle bag not included.

These are only camera phone pics i know so if you'd like any more info or pictures of specific bits please drop me a line.

Don't want to split, no dibs, PM me...

Based during the day in N1 and evenings SW16

    ** £250 ONO**

  • bumpty bump...

Where did all those people go who were winging they couldn't find cheap rides?

  • upgrading bobby or are you creating space ?

  • I wish i was upgrading...gutted its got to go but as im movin' to Oz at the end of October i need to get rid of as much stuff as possible.

  • good price mate. bit big for me otherwise might have snapped it up as a winter ride

  • Just fixed, or flip-flop hub?

    TY

  • the hub is a flip flop but there isn't anything on the other side - i assume you could put another sprocket on to change your gearing easily?

  • Ok, thanks. What I'm looking for is a bike with similar geometry to my road bike and can be set up as fixed gear or single speed...since I've never ridden a fixed before I would start out just as single speed.

  • here's an idea if you want to ride singlespeed without buying another bike...put it into 44-16 and don't change gear?

The only thing to remember when riding fixed is just keep pedalling, yes it really is that simple. As soon as you forget this, your legs will quickly realise what's going on!

This is a track frame so it will feel a bit 'tighter' - the back wheel is tucked right under your bum giving you better acceleration, the steering angle is steeper meaning it will be more responsive.

  • Good bike. Good price.

    Get it bought someone

  • going once....going twice....

It'll be on the bay tomorrow

  • Looks like a good deal - what are the hubs?

  • Hubs are Formula TH-50's...er...the same as on the missus' Charge Plug, i think? Haven't ridden with expensive hubs but these do the job very nicely

  • I can't PM, as i'm a lurker but i'm interested man, i'll give ya £220 for it?!

  • Another lurker over here. I'll offer £230 cash on it, can pick up anytime this week in N1 except tomorrow (Wednesday).

  • Sold to Quanneur (pending payment and collection!)

    WHOOP!

  • Nice bike at good price. Good purchase quanneur.

  • i knew i should have painted it baby blue and doubled the price... =)
