Are you riding it single speed with a flip flop hub at the moment? Looks like you are. If so you'll want both brakes.
What are you going to do with it? Choice of components depends on that. What makes you want H+Sons? If it was me I'd get some black open pros and some black sugino 75s, if you can afford them, then decide if I wanted high or low flange hubs then think about what hub budget I'd got to play with. Just what I'd do.
