josh, time atacs are fucking brilliant. get some. get trainer style shoes, stupid cycling shoes with carbon soles are crap, cos when you fall off you just slip on the floor and fall on your face. ChainReaction sell 661 shoes for pretty cheap, cheaper than stupid sidis.
