  • They finally got back... at Eurobike apparently. They still need to discover that wonderful 1980's invention "the answering machine", or perhaps the 1990's invention "the out of office email".

    It doesn't matter, I spent my money at starbike.com instead. They were very responsive (within 30 minutes) the several times I spoke to them (including out of hours) and delivered within 3 days (even though they're in Germany).

    Posh Bikes lost out on a good pay day because they utterly fail to recognise that people dropping thousands on bike components expect a quality of service that reflects that. Their loss, starbike's gain.
