It's no car day in Brussels today.
It's sweet, bikes are everywhere, it's like some kind of utopia. Everyone looks happy for a change.
No cars are allowed to drive within the Brussels Ring between 09:00-19:00 - kinda like the equivalent of the M25 (only smaller).
