It doesn't. unless you are the sort of person who gets easily hooked on these things. My best friend died on heroin, he injected. After being clean for a few years, it seems he decided to go back for one last turn, it either was a dodgy batch or an OD, either way he was found dead in his car on the eve of his birthday. He was 28.
I think anyone who actively wants to get involved with that shit needs help before they try it, not afterwards.
