2009-03-15 Sun - 3pm North London ride

Back home after another session of good training for my legs. A few difficult moments uphill followed by a nice ride, my first non-flat ride fixed, and i really enjoyed the urban riding as well as avoiding that fucking wanker...

Thanks to everyone who showed up and a special thanks to Simon for putting things together.

P.S. Refreshing pint at the flask...now I'm up for some cosy cosy rest...

Excellent ride, really glad I didn't succumb to the lazy sunday syndrome and made the effort to go.

Nice route, good mix of city and country riding, nicely hilly without being over the top (much more and I would have been really struggling).

And excellent effort from Brun for making it all the way from Tuffnell Park to The Flask in time for a couple of pintsafter we'd finished!

Sorry I couldn't make this, I woke up just about in time but it would have been a rush, and I wasn't, er, feeling so good.

Great to see everyone this afternoon. Fab weather and a brisk spin around north londons best attempt at countryside. Good to finaly have chat with BMMF, must try and get out on a few more TNRCs before the end summer.
