Two of my faves:
The Pavillion Cafe in Vicky Park - Balki that place ticks your boxes for an upmarket brekkie.
There's also a great Italian Cafe in Borough (think it might be Rossi's but not sure) that does a superlative traditional. I'm going to go back there this week so I'll confirm.
The best breakfast however is the one you cook yourself.
