Nice to meet Emilia outside the office where they keep my hamster wheel today.
I was flummoxed (top word, eh?) by geariness until she reminded me about the lock crisis. She then said geared is faster than fixed ("Heresy, burn the witch!", they cry.)
Wish I was out riding in this weather. Enjoy it while it lasts!
