There is really only two options for couriers to be honest, d-lock in the pocket or something around the waist.
Ali (creative) has a pretty cool set up of a chain and padlock, she uses a bike chain loop around the link in the lock that's most comfortable for her and the shackle of the lock goes through that part. Selim uses a simular system but he got a long shackle lock from the states to make it stay on him when he's riding.
