speaking of people riding brakeless and living - on my way to Havana airport on Friday, I spotted two guys skitching between two buses on the highway... but they were on freewheels... madness

I think we lost that battle a long time ago. It now seems to be normal behaviour for mopeds and motorbikes to occupy the ASL. And they can't hear you tutting because they're wearing helmets.

Amusingly I seem to float past many forumengers these days unrecognized, probably because i'm always on my 24 inch cruiser at the moment, and currently "fixieless", proper skidding behaviour will resume once I get some new brake blocks for my steed :)
