For someone 6'3" it would need to be XL, i.e. 58cm minimum, more likely a 60cm.

I've got a beautifully lugged 60cm 1983 black Peugeot for sale, just needs wheels and a brake caliper to be complete. £145 to you guv.

My mate wants to get his first fixed. He's not got much of a clue about bikes to be honest so I'm helping him out. Ideally he wants a complete bike, but I don't mind, within reason, sourcing the bits to get him sorted.
Needs to be large, he's 6'3" and heavy.
Anything considered as long as its relatively cheap really.
Let me know if you've got a bike or frame/forks that fits the bill.
