Due to the load direction on the bolts I can see them working loose over time.
Locktite 'em up when you assemble!
It is standard practice to loc-tite disk bolts but provided they are correctly torqued up you should have no problem with them loosening. Use Torx bolts as they are far less prone to stripping out when you tighten them.
