I use them on my mountain bikes - been around for about 10 years?
They are great - much easier to fit and no worries about pulling the star nut through!

ok im slowly putting together my new bike an dits the first time ive tackled an integrated 1 1/8 headset. should be with me in the post tomorrow.
will i need specialist tools (ie jus go to my LBS) or should i be able to do it myself?
i tried UTFS to no avail but im sure someone will link me to this being covered lots of times before
