Not a show, but very much in the same vein, did anyone have a copy of this?
Some cracking stories for children. The girl who plays with matches burns to death, the boy who sucks his thumb has both of them cut off, the boy who doesn't eat his tea starves to death, the boys who make fun of the black boy are dunked in an inkwell. Retrospectively hilarious. I remember being a little unsettled at the time though.

When I was very young, there was one episode of the Moomins that totally fucking terrified me. I can't remember which one or what happened, but it properly fucked me up.
I love them now, have loads of the books! -

Now I cant quite remember if this was a good film or not, but it proper freaked me out.Invisible things that only a special machine could show you. Flying worms or something?
BTW is that Donald Sutherland in Don't Look Now?

IT was really scary until it turned into a giant spider. I have never eaten a McDonalds because of the clown.

A scientist and his assistant develope a machine to stimulate your penal gland. This allows them to percieve (and be percieved by) another dimension. The nasty thingies eat the scientists head, the assistant is then blamed and committed to an insane ayslum. A doctor at the asylum agrees to take him to the machine to prove that he is not mad, along with a cop for protection. The film then decends into S&M, brain eating, and third eye growth.
That Donald sutherland in 'Invasion of the body snatchers'. Saw the new one with Nicole Kidman recently. The most scarrey aspect being that it reminded me of the original (those screams were spine tingling).
Parabellum - My father-in-law has 'Pompel and Pilt' on VHS. Thats some seriously twisted shite.

I used to love that stuff when I was a kid. But yeah, pretty messed up stuff for a kids show. I think you can definitely put a lot of blame on that for everything thats wrong with the 20-somethings in Norway today.

Mine hates both "redrum redrum". & "Danny's not home Mrs Torrence".
I taught my daughter to say them at an early age.
