No. It's the opportunity to express your feelings towards a player, but doesn't give someone carte blanche to throw objects causing injury. A Man City steward was unconcious for 5 minutes after being hit by an object thrown by an Arsenal fan. That's terrible. Giving a bit of verbal is one thing, crossing the line to causing physical harm another.
