I would be alright.
I run 25 tyres on DP18, originally intended for 18-23 tyres.
No problem at all! -

28s seem to be fine, slight risk of the beading slipping off the rim if you put hard sideways force on the wheel at lower (~75psi) pressures though (resulting in a burst inner tube usually).

No problem at all!Rigida site specifies 18-25 for DP18s
They're 13mm interior width
Table at Sheldon Brown also says 18-25 for 13mm interior rims.
http://www.sheldonbrown.com/tyre-sizing.html#width
Also states "Many cyclists exceed the recommended widths with no problem"

28 will be fine.
Anyone running wider tyres on road rims? Rigida DP18s should use 18 to 25 tyres for the width of rim, but have read and heard that people do run slightly wider tyres with no problems.
Anyone doing this? Any pitfalls / advice?
Looking to put a 700c 28 on A rigida DP18 instead of a 23 or 25.
