based in kennington if that helps with local experts -

IIRC Dale (dogsballs) does it for £10 a wheel, Arup does it for £15 a wheel or £25 a pair. You'll probably want to use new spokes though.

I just got a quote today from BLB to get my wheels built... £25!!! a pop (+£30 for Sapim spokes) FFS! shitz going carezy!
I did read all the post above, so are these guys sill doing it? Anyone... or a least anymore cheap/reasonable alternative to these!? -

Forum member broken_777 is a wheelbuilder, one of the best. PM him for more info. Not expensive.
He used to work at BLB and still builds at home. My wheels are built by him and are perfect.

if you're anywhere near london-on-sea I can do it at cranks - or better, teach you to do it!
hi guys looking to get my rear wheel rebuilt on a non machined rim, using exisitng spokes and hub, id also buy/supply the rim
wheres the best budget place to get it put together, looking to pinch pennies on this one since its essentially aesthetic as im changing from machined to non-machined
if u can tell me the place and rough price that would be brilliant,
