hah! not where i live- everything is far too slippery and rooty to ride without a brake, guess nice flowing singletrack could be fun though looking at that gearing i think we're talking about gravel bridlepaths rather than 'offroad', i run 39/18 on my offroad fixed

Fair point, I am in New Forest so single track and fire roads only for me, and a 60ish inch gearing (36/16 n 35c)
