Wanted: Beater frame/bike + 17t fixed cog

I need a bike (or frame to rebuild) which I can leave locked up at Kingston University on a daily basis with some peace of mind.
Any leads?
I'm looking for a 56-58cm seat tube.

Also: I'm looking for a 17t 3/32" fixed cog.

Thanks for your replies. Ended up with a £30 ugly-as-hell Raleigh Grand Prix. I'm tempted to strip it and sand away the rust, give it a bit of a makeover. But I suppose it would defeat the purpose to have a decent looking back.

@edscoble: Doing a law conversion. Suppose I could bring it into the moot court?
