Shimano BB-7410 (Dura Ace) is 102/103mm.
Available in BSA and Italian.
It has a JIS square taper axle.
If you can get a BB-set with BSA cups, you can take the Italian threaded cups of another Shimano BB-set. Just pressed on, easy to replace.
I could even help you with the Italian threaded cups. I just have 107mm cartridges. No 103mm.
In case your frame has BSA thread, you can cut Italian threads in it (Italian has a larger diameter). The other way 'round doesn't work.
