Wanted: Deep drop front brake

Just adding the finishing touches to my latest fixie build only to find that the front brake doesn't quite reach! So I'm after one that does. Single pivot, dual pivot, doesn't matter. I need it cheap, silver, working & posted. WHY?

I've brought a bmx lever, new blocks, sourced some white cable outer all I need now is a caliper...seems a shame to sell it without a brake.

Been looking at new ones but just can't find what I'm after. Best option is Shimano BR450 for about £15 but it's not ideal.

C'mon guys I really, really need this; letters from banks are costing me a fortune.

Ideally I'm after a polished or white single or dual pivot long reach front brake, allen or std fitment for not a lot of money, posted.

have you thought about filing out the brake block mounts on the calipers a bit? if you only need a couple of mm extra that could be an option...?

Dia compe do one that will reach on a 27'' frame to a 700 wheel, maybe about £17, Brixton cycles usually stock them, ring them on 0207 733 6055

Yeah thats what the guy that I brought the frame of done, bit of a bodge though, which would be fine if I was keeping it but as I intend to sell it on I'd like to do a pucker job.

Digger it's a bit more than I wanted to spend but thanks for the suggestion.
