Yeah, theyve got really strict since it became so popular. Its kind of a shame, but at the same time Im glad theyve ended the MTB entries. Its all about bikes with "switch lever on the oblique loom tube, toe clips and belts, external brake wires" (You can tell the english is improving because it no longer says "foot stopping crates")
TiLover, Ill be back this year (assuming my transport deal works out) on this , my previously-registered 1947 Hobbs (or "Hoggs of Gargican" if you believe the website) with 3 speed 1/8 derailleur, mostly because I really cant justify another bike right now..Ill probably be doing the camping again in the football ground, but that hotel sounds amazing. Ill keep an eye out for the raleigh...
