and what tyres are best for skidding... (don't mind if they don't last ages)?
Just keep your tyres at normal pressure (100psi ish).
The 'best' tyres for learning how to lock-up are cheap ones! After that - long lasting touring tyres make sense. Rather those than sticky race tyres.
