i've never heard of 27.25" or 700m

27" have rims 8mm larger in diameter from 700s, if you can fit 27", you can fit 700c, but you will likely need different brake calipers.

Hi is there a difference with the above wheel sizes - I thought they were the same.
It's just that I've purchased an old frame and so am worried that it might only be suitable for old wheel sizes.
Help - confused.
