They don't look like the ceramic ones. I ordered a pair and had to return them because the sidewalls looked quite a bit different than the rest of the rim. The rim looks shiny black, but the sidewalls have an asphalt-like grey texture.
You can compare them at Competitive Cyclist. I think the ones pictured above are Open Pro CD Black.
