Many changes man, many changes.
I am renting out west in She Bu - the move and work issues meant i have only built one of my track wheels in 6 months! now i haven't got a track bike so will only come to spectate saturday - My road bike has been loaned out as has my Polo bike (space needed) so i am down to a polo/hack. Done some good riding this year but not as much as i had planned - life got in the way.I have been chatting to a Twickenham CC rider who has shown me the CycloX winter schedule weekly rides and it's pretty local (club to busses to each event) - too good to miss really
Hows the knees? gonna be a long winter for you man without track and Liverpool out of the running so early eh... -

So you and Fiddy have parted ways then. To be honest, I have not been on the social scene at all this year. What little riding time I have had, has been purely at the track. Apart from that Betchley ride and a couple of TNRC's my long mileage has been minimal. My endurance is pretty low at the moment, but my sprinting has improved a fair bit.
Yeah its gonna be a long winter. No footie fuck Liverpool. Bunch of jokers! I am devising a winter training schedule to keep me occupied.
Have a few beers after the event on Saturday though :)

Sweet, lets right the world Saturday - it's gonna be close to the City V Arsenal match so thats gonna be fun. i'd fking love to hammer them!
If you fancy a few sat/sun morning rides for winter training let me know. if i had a riding partner i'd go out more and harder
Winter miles makes more sense off road
I don't want to buy a Cyclo cross bike for 3 months usage, i also don't have the money or space..
So I know it's a long shot but does anyone have a cyclo X bike that they don't mind leding till jan/Feb in return i can lend you a stunning Fixed Gear conversion (Massi Prestige) OR a 24" BMX cruiser (also massive amounts of fun)
goes without saying you will get it back as lent etc etc
