I've done it fixed loads of times :)
Its not difficult if you know how to bunnyhop a fixed, its no trickier than bunnyhopping a curb, occasionally you just have to hop a little higher, I recommend learning a technique called crank setting or pedal setting, which can be useful if your crank timing is a little off for the hop.
Basically when approaching the object if you haven't quite got your crank timing right for the hop, you kick the back of the bike up, rotate the cranks slightly to the correct position, drop it down and then go for the hop.
