Of course, its not really that unexpected from the the torygraph. Perhaps the Mail will pick it up and run with their own take on it: CYCLING IS NEW TARGET OF WAR ON TERROR
Which may not be that far from the truth, since cycling avoids propping up the oil industry, and we all know what the 'war on terror' is actually about, right?
