Great food & wine
Great restaurants
Good to ride around
Lots of places of interest
Hot chicks with natural styleRudest cunts on the planet
Ha, well that little list is a taster of my reasons for going, as for the rudeness, I guess that's true. Couldn't care less. I was there for a year and I will be there for the rest of my life (as soon as I get a freaking job, that is). My wife is Parisian, so I can vouch for both the hot chicks bit and the rudest people on the planet bit.Anyway, back to on-topic. Spotted -- jimalex, on a sweet little magic gear vertical drop out Roberts converted Lo-pro, picking up bike bits from my house.

Paris is a great city to ride around in... Beautiful smooth, wide roads, not as many lights so you can easily get up to speed, warmer climate, cycling culture! Parisians are bastards if you don't speak French but I speak it so i don't find them rude.. The girls there are fantastic, too.

When we were in Venice we found one called Billa if my memory serves. Of course Billa Marco isn't nearly as cool as Secret Nuclear Bunker Marco.

It is a really fun place to cycle around. Saw track bikes now and again,a beautiful yellow Colnago, a messenger who I tried to race on a pink bike and at the Palais de Tokyo I chanced upon their Sunday polo meet up and obviously saw a shitload of beautiful bikes and polo skills. Best Polo court ever.

Someone caught up with me while I was meandering in traffic at Trafalgar Square last night around 11pm, then I overtook you on Strand as I realised I was on the right road again (I always get confused around T Sq and it didn't help that a 10metre long Hummer Limo was blocking the road). Would have slowed down to say hello but I was in a rush to get to a party I was already 3 hours late for!

I can also speak French and never have a problem with people being intolerably rude to me when I'm there. Sure there's some rude people but some people are just as rude in London.

BMMF in Muswell Hill at about 11.00 this morning. I shouted do a skid as I drove past, my wife thought I was mad, Scarlet looked unamused.
No doubt you were doing a few laps of the hill.

2 't's :p
Oh, that was you. I was really feeling quite ill at that point (maybe the fact I was wobbling along at 3mph gave it away).
I can't skid, BTW. There. I've said it.
