Change main heading of a thread

It seems like there is a time limit on editing the main title. I have edtied a title y doing the edit-> advanced thing on a new ish thread but I haev had trouble doing the same on an older thread.

Any way around this? Need to edit a main title as I dont really want to start a new thread?
