yeah i always wondered about QR's and fixed
would they hold on ? would they just pop out of the drops under hard skidding pressure ?

a new back wheel is a must the chain line is terrible too , but ill do until i can sort somthing out . ow yer im going to liverpool to so anyone with a wheel in the area drop me a message

Is the hub originally a screw on freewheel hub and you've wound a fixed cog on it? If so don't try skid stopping.

yup and i found that the hard way , nut lock ,brute force and a brake have solved the problem . thats why a new wheel is a must!
Started with a raleigh road bike i was given , and it has turned into this .
